By using brazilsdigitalnomadvisa.com you agree to the terms below. They are intentionally short and plain.
Last updated: 2026
1. Information, not advice
All content on this site — visa guidance, checklists, CPF instructions, residency comparisons, lawyer and real estate listings, blog posts, city guides, and culture essays — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Immigration advice
- Tax advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Medical advice
Brazilian visa rules, fees, processing times, and procedures change frequently and may vary by consulate. Always verify current requirements directly with the Brazilian consulate covering your jurisdiction and consult a licensed Brazilian immigration lawyer (OAB-registered) before making decisions or commitments based on this content.
2. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of this site is at your own risk.
3. Third-party listings and outbound links
The site includes references and outbound links to third parties — government portals, immigration lawyers, real estate agencies, tax accountants, and reference websites. These references are based on publicly available information at the time of publication. Inclusion is not an endorsement. We have no control over third-party content, fees, or service quality. Always:
- Verify a Brazilian lawyer's OAB number at the relevant state Bar Association
- Verify a real estate agent's CRECI number at the COFECI/CRECI directory
- Get fee quotes in writing
- Read each third party's own terms before transacting
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brazil's Digital Nomad Visa, its operators, and Image Design (the agency that built and maintains this site) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, including but not limited to: visa denials or delays, financial losses, missed deadlines, or any decisions made based on content found on this site.
5. Fair use of content
Original written content, the logo, and design of this site are © Brazil's Digital Nomad Visa (Nômade Brasil). You may:
- Read, share, and link to pages on this site freely
- Quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the original page
You may not republish full pages, copy our logo or design without permission, scrape the site at high frequency, or repost content as your own. Photographs are © their respective photographers and may not be reused without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for unlawful purposes, to harass other visitors, or to attempt to compromise its security. Bots, scrapers, and other automated tools must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
8. Featured Listings & sponsor agreements
If at any time we offer paid "Featured Listing" or sponsored-placement slots to lawyers, real-estate agents, accountants, or other service providers, the following sponsor-specific terms apply in addition to the rest of this document:
- Editorial control remains with us. Sponsors do not get final approval over the copy of their listing or any case study; we'll work with sponsors on drafts but reserve final editorial judgment.
- Clear labelling. Featured Listings are visually distinguished from editorial listings (e.g., yellow ribbon) and labelled as paid placements.
- Content review. We may decline or end a sponsorship if a sponsor's business is the subject of a regulatory action, a credible complaint pattern, or content that conflicts with the site's editorial voice.
- No conflict-of-interest steering. The presence of a Featured Listing does not change how editorial content elsewhere on the site treats that sponsor or its competitors.
- Refund policy. Monthly sponsorships may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' notice and the remaining month is non-refundable. For annual prepaid Placements: if we initiate removal for cause under (1)–(3) above, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis (months remaining ÷ 12 × the prepaid total). Sponsor-initiated cancellations of an annual prepaid Placement made after the case study has published do not refund the unused portion; the listing card and case study remain live for the remainder of the term unless the sponsor requests removal, in which case no refund is owed.
- Indemnification. Sponsors warrant that the information they provide for their listing is accurate and that publishing it does not infringe a third party's rights, and they agree to indemnify the site operator against claims arising from inaccuracies they supplied.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith between the parties; if unresolved, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Moore County, North Carolina.
