If you'll cross 183 days in Brazil within any 12-month window, you become a Brazilian tax resident. Talk to a contador or tax lawyer before that threshold, Brazilian tax filing is annual (DIRPF) and the rules around foreign assets, foreign-held bank accounts, and investments are nuanced.
